Cancellation Policy
I fully recognize that unexpected situations may arise, and I strive to be as accommodating and flexible as I can, while also respecting the time and commitment of everyone involved. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund for cancellations. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, I’m happy to provide a partial refund of half the session fee. In the unlikely event that I must reschedule or cancel a session, I will give you as much notice as possible. Should rescheduling not work for you, you have the option of a full refund. This work requires significant energy, and my primary goal is to ensure you have the most fulfilling reading experience possible!
